Hi all, I have an odd problem with one person in my text messages. When I send a message or receive a message from him, it says that he has notifications silenced. when I send a message it says delivered quietly. The question is how in the world do I stop this? If anybody has any ideas I’d appreciate it. I have looked all over and it’s not that he’s muted. That’s not the issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks much.
