I went to the Apple Store for basic training on using my iPad. I recorded the session with Recorder HQ, so I have something to refer to. One of the things I wanted to know was if there are any shortcut keys for the Apple Mail program. A word of advice to those who are getting the latest update to the iPad, and I don’t know if it’s the same for the iPhone, but for some unknown reason, messages are organized by category. To make things more normal, set it to list. Just a side point. Anyway, the person helping me was telling me the shortcut keys for the iPad. Some of these weren’t working, for example, to start a new message. Just for fun, she had me try the Command+N key, and a new message started.. This also works in the notes app. If you’re encountering this situation, do a Google search on MAC keyboard shortcuts, because, at least for my iPad, they do the job. Just sharing.
