Audio Description is available on many movies and TV shows. It is a special audio track that describes the movie/TV show for blind or visually impaired; much like having closed captions for the deaf and hard of hearing.
They mostly do the description in between the dialog of the show. If you have that on, and are streaming a TV show or movie that has audio description, it should let you hear the description. Sometimes, with some apps, you have to enable it under the audio language for that show. Most of the time, once you enable it for an app like Netflix, it then works for all shows with audio description.
