I found this article which Russ reposted very useful in getting back my Side Bar and realizing that I had to make sure "Songs" was selected in order to get the column browser back. However, I am not sure what the person who wrote this means by this:
Pull down the "View" menu and select "Show Status Bar" I have no "Show Status Bar" in my View menu. Is this an option on the Mac version? In any case, I find iTunes 11 works well with Jaws as long as you show the sidebar and I personally always preferred to use the column browser if I wanted to use iTunes to select and play music.
