I am not hearing on phone outgoing or incoming calls. 

I have:

1.      Turned phone off then on. 
2.      . Restarted phone.
3.      . Turned off Bluetooth to hearing aids.
4.      . It did not work using speaker, so turned Bluetooth
back on.
5.      . Went to Sounds and Haptics, all well.
6.      . I have checked volume, and it is at 100%.
7.      . I called Apple Accessibility. The guy tried to
help, thought we might have it, but have not, so I agreed
that I would update to 26.1 and call them back if problem
not solved.
8.       Phone updating now, says something like five more
hours. It started out with seven hours. I had no idea it
would take anywhere close to that long. 
This just happened out of the blue today. The first call I
had today  was fine, and then the next started the problem.
