Hi Jeff, As long as you enabled to sync via WiFi in iTunes you just have to make sure the ringtones are in your Tones library and that you have selected to either sync all ringtones or if you select to sync selected ringtones you have to make sure the ones you want to sync are checked. Then just sync.
