Hi Margaret, it may be too late now depending on whether you still have
backups of the 4 around, but the best way to transfer everything when you
get a new device is to restore from a backup of the old one onto the new
phone, using either iCloud or iTunes backups. An encrypted iTunes backup is
the very best method, because that will restore your keychain which contains
certain password and other data not saved either by iCloud or an unencrypted
iTunes backup. This gives you everything back the way you had it before,
just on a newer, faster device. It works really well.

Subject: Transferring contacts from iPhone 4 to iPhone 5

I have just got a new iPhone 5 and I have moved everything over to my iPhone
5 from my iPhone 4 but what I've found didn't work properly was that all my
contacts didn't move over properly. What can I do to get all of my contacts
moved over to my new iPhone?

Margaret
