That's the point Richard, I was hoping that in recieving a phone call
the camera wouldn't default to front-facing.
I understand that Zoom for example that a default to front-facing is fine.

So, you do not need to worry about the camera direction for things
like Zoom and Teams.
Facetime I believe also defaults to the front facing camera, but you
can change that if you wanted the person who are talking with to help
you find something in the room, read something, etc.

I'm not really comfortable with folk phoning me on a video call so

The back camera is the one on the back of the phone, the selfie
camera is the front facing camera at the top of the screen.
