There has been some problems with his iphone, he did a reset of all voiceover setting and the problem is gone. I use an Arabic keyboard on my iPhone and on my iPad. I am also using the latist update of 26.5. I do not have any problem. VoiceOver pronounce the English sentences in English voice and the Arabic sentences in Arabic voice. Did he download an Arabic voice or just an Arabic keyboard? We may need more information about his settings to see if any of us can help him. Everything in the rotor is set as it should be, his language detection is on and he has thus added the arab voices in the rotor.
