There is no tabs setting in VoiceOver, and that is the real reason there is
no single gesture for this. VoiceOver can only jump by the kinds of element
a page is actually built from, and what a website calls a tab gets built
three different ways by three different developers.

So start by landing on Play History and listening to the last word
VoiceOver says. If it says tab, those two controls are a genuine tab group
and the rotor setting that collects buttons and form controls will take you
straight to them. If it says link, they are ordinary links wearing a tab's
clothing, and moving by links gets you there. If it says button, same idea.

I am not going to guess the exact rotor option names for your iOS version,
because they have been renamed more than once and a wrong one costs you an
afternoon. Once you know which of those three words you are hearing,
somebody here can give you the gesture in one line.

There may also be a shortcut that skips the problem. Activate Full
Playlist, then check whether the web address itself changed. If it did,
that view has an address of its own and you can bookmark it. From then on
you are one tap from the playlist instead of hunting for a control partway
down the page.

Which of those three words do you hear when you reach Play History?
