Contact the OtterBox company www.OtterBox.com. The headphone cover on my first OtterBox iPhone case broke off so I called them and they sent a replacement silicone. Then a piece of the plastic case broke off and they sent me an entire new case. I don't recall registering my case with them, and they asked me no questions about where or when I bought it. Well, they may have asked me when I bought it, but that was it, and they sent me the new case without question.
