There is no longer a need to change pages in the app store. All of the search results will be listed in a vertical list called an item picker. To get to this item picker, after selecting the search button place your finger just above the Home button and slowly slide your finger up until you hear Voice Over say the name of the first result. You will notice that Voice Over will say 1 of whatever the number of results is. To view one of the results you just flick up until you hear the one that you want, wait a second or two for the screen to be updated and then go to the top left of your screen and then navigate just like usual.
