Hi, When you are on the main screen, the one with the Game Start Button near the top, slide your finger down that screen and you will find a store button. You may want to turn on VoiceOver at that point and double tap the button. There you will find a Weapon Store and a Coin store (which I'm not sure what that is for as yet.) You will also find an Inventory button, that will tell you what weapons you have and how many rounds you have and how effective they are. When you go into the Weapon Store and click on a weapon it tells you all that plus there is a buy button. When I clicked on that, I got the offer to buy all the weapons for $0.99.
I cannot find a way to start the tutorial over. You apparently also have to be on Facebook to contact the developer, which I'm' not. I got through about three levels once, but I think I get caught by the animals because I forget to shake the device. I'm using an iPod Touch 5th Generation. I don't usually go in for violent games, but this is proving to be a bit addictive.
