Hello Vicki, I believe to answer to your question is Yes and No. ;)
Yes, we can create folders with in our email box but there are no set of rules that we can make to have certain emails go in to those certain folders other than the Inbox. :( There is third party app that could do that for us but from what I've heard is that the best way to do this is to have a Gmail account. Somebody told me that we can then create rules on the Gmail server or on the site itself. >From here it can then be delivered to the folders that you want. Hope that help?
