Yes, it will still be in your account's purchase history. This is of
course in case you erased one from your phone or iTunes by mistake.
However it will not re-download or reinstall by force.

Hi, there are several ways. I'll list one. All you have to do is go to
iTunes on your computer if you use that, and erase them from the apps
section. iTunes will ask you if the app should be moved to the recycle
bin in the case of Windows. You should say yes to that prompt as well.
Otherwise, iTunes merely removes the app from its database. In either
case, it will not sync with your phone any more. If you are not using
iTunes, then simply delete the app in question from your phone and it
will stay uninstalled.

enough.
It's easy enough to figure it. 10 percent of a hundred bucks is 10
bucks.
