Applevis.com site and while there's all kinds of info there, I'm having

I told him would happen. However, I sent him to Applevis for beginners
podcasts. Are there any other good podcasts I can send him to for a very,
very newby? He may join the list, but he is not sure he wants all the
message traffic so short of that, this is what I thought of.
