One thing surprised both Eric (my sighted husband) and me. It doesn't look like 
you can say, "Turn VoiceOver on" or "VoiceOver off" to Siri and have her do 
anything. Is this just not possible? I would think that would be a very useful 
command for our iPads to have--with of coursem the tripple-click-home as a 
backup. Is this just not possible, or am I missing soehting? Considering 
emailing Accessibility at Apple, but I want to make sure I have my facts 
straight.
