These messages aren't harmful. What happened was that someone inadvertently sent a message to the list which was intended for Amy from Speed Dots. There is a protocol on Microsoft Exchange servers that allows you to recall a message. Recalling a message makes the message vanish, like it never existed. However, you can't recall a message to an email list. Once it's sent, it's immediately distributed. So when the user sent a recall request, it caused email clients to respond that the message couldn't be recalled, and since the sender is the list, we're getting the recall failures sent back to the list.
