Hello Ben,

What Ben is talking about is that our main person of AppleVis had decided to
reveal a serious accessibility problem that was discovered in the beta of
IOS 6 right before it was released. David had decided to real what would be
considered a no-no by many people. Rightfully, so.

That was a serious mistake on our part. However, that was solely David
decision since he is the owner of AppleVis. He is not a developer unlike
some of us were and are still. David has no connection with Apple in anyway.

He somehow was managed to obtain the IOS 6 GM that was release as a final
release. It had felt it was serious to not to people that Apple had a
serious flaw in the App Store. At that time it was completely inaccessible.
So he wanted to warn all of the visually community of the serious flaw and
advise not to update your device to the IOS 6 with this flaw.

The day before it was release to the public is when they actually fix the
serious flaw on the App Store.

So Ben is thinking the whole team is a hypocrite or something. I have some
other words for him but I'll keep my tongue on this.

All other members of the Editorial Team had nothing to do with this release
of that article. Did it break the NDA? Sure, I suppose so if you were a
developer but he was not.

My point is that we learned quite a bit from that mistake. Lot of people
burned us hard on that. Some continues to rehash it. I won't mention names
because that isn't my style.

So we won't be doing that again anytime soon or ever for that matter.

I am trying to look over for the visually impaired community such as the
ViPhone. I don't want to see AppleVis nor is ViPhone get shut down because
some of the people think it alright to break the law.

Just like those that told us on AppleVis. So Ben if you are one of those
people that scolded David for doing that. I'm glad! Why don't you step up
like a man and do it on here for ViPhone then and be mature to state
something like that on here? That was low and I'm not going to steep down
low like you have done.

I'm no hypocrite because I didn't make that choice on AppleVis and said it
myself that it was wrong. So is this topic.

'Nuff said.

Regards,
AnonyMouse

Cheers,
Ben.
