Hi, After the headsup from Anna yesterday, I downloaded the free app "Move and what good timing that was! I had just been thinking how to get myself moving again after a lazy winter. I think the app is great, but today, don't know if it might be caused by our internet failing, but I am finding that the button for showing the video, explaining the exercise, won't work with VO, I have to turn VO off before I can get it to work. Now, last night, I am sure it worked OK. Is anyone else trying out this app and are you having the same problem? I assume that the app has to download the videos as you require them, but they may be already installed, don't know.

And for those of you who want an app that reminds you to exercise at regular intervals, describes how to do the exercise and which you tap the "I did it!" button when done, so it keeps you on track, do try this app. Even if there is a slight issue with VO, it seems to me to be eminently possible to fix it!
