The camera and flash are found at the top right hand corner on the back of
the phone, if you are holding the phone with a home button facing you at
the bottom. Hope this makes sense.

Here is an interesting little app which is free today. It measures your
heart rate without a heart rate monitor.
All you do is start the app, then put a finger lightly onto the camera
lens.
After a moment you hear your iPhone beep at your heart rate and after 6
or 8
seconds it vibrates and you can remove your finger. Don't ask me how it
works, but it does seem to work.
You can then save the reading, you can also create an account or sign in
with Facebook since of course nowadays all your friends need to know all
that you do including what your heart rate is. OK, so that part is
ridiculous, but this does really seem to work rather well although I
have
not had time to really explore the app as to accessibility. I did notice
that this morning when I did this and after I saved the app, Voiceover
did
read the date and time of the reading and said my average heart rate was
58
bpm which I assume stands for beats per minute.
It does display some sort of graph so maybe parts of the app may not be
accessible, but maybe the developer can also improve things a bit if he
gets
some messages from blind users. I wouldn't necessarily tell him I got
his
app for free on a promo, but that's really beside the point.
Oh, and Happy Valentine's Day to all the ladies, maybe this app arrived
just
in the nick of time and you can use it to check your heart rate remains
in
