Numbers doesn't work at all with speach. You can bring up a spreadsheet, but then things go down hill fast. There is no way to navigate between rows, unless you swipe left or right the width of the columns for the row, to get to the next row. Also an edit dialog pop-up seems to come up every time you touch a cell, not allowing you to do much of anything. In all I have found it completely unuseable with VoiceOver.
