Hi, Being able to call tech support is worth it. Also, being able to have a product replaced when its battery starts to go is great. And I've had several pairs of earbuds replaced. Last time, my earbuds were replaced by the new earpods, which was quite a step up, so yes, I agree it's worth the money.
