Hi Raul, I have seen others make the same suggestion but when I try that I only find the VO user guide and the pdf format of the IPhone user guide. This pdf is a scanned pdf and Finereader, Jaws and NVDA all have trouble OCRing it.

You can also get it from your iPhone directly using Safari. In any case it's definitely accessible, and not a scaned PDF image.
