Jennifer, I don't know how to do this without a braille display or bluetooth keyboard, or if it is even possible.
With a braille display, you open the note to be renamed and, with contracted braille turned off, press the letter r and dot 8 in combination. This key combo will bring up an edit field where you can type the new name. I'm curious to know how to rename files using only the phone.
