I had a look at this in the app store, but searching for Cookbook Recipes Pro yielded dozens of results, I think I finally came across the app in the listing at about spot 20 something. Anyhow, maybe this is free or was free, but the fact is that Paprika which is $5 is an absolutely awesome app which allows you to easily search dozens of recipe sites and add recipes from said sites to the Paprika app. It also allows you to type in your own recipes and the developers have made the app fully, and by that I do mean "fully" accessible. In my opinion it's totally worth the $4.99 if you are looking for an app you will end up using in the long run and where you want to built up a collection of recipes. Paprika also allows you to sync with their cloud service, just create an account and as long as you do this you can sync between multiple iOS devices or, if you are a Mac user, you could even buy the Mac app and sync between your computer and iOS device. The good thing about their cloud sync also is that you never lose a recipe if you have to reset your iPhone or get a new iPhone. Just install the app on your new phone, enter your user name and password and all the recipes magically appear on your new device.
