Hi taking screen shots works sometime and sometimes it results in locking the screen. Performing the command perfectly but sometimes it doesn't work. It is a bug. When ever You face this problem restart your phone and it should work fine for sometime. Facing this problem frequently on my mobile. I reported it to apple too.
