Yes it does. You can set reminders for the third wednesday of every month for example
You can set a reminder to go off every 4 hours if you need to take medication. You can also set pre-alarm-reminders so that if you have an appointment on april seventh you can be reminded a day in advance as well as on the day of without having to create 2 reminders.
