I'm curious about how iTunes manages uninstalled apps. I know the apps are kept under a folder named Mobile Applications. I'm curious why one of the apps I deleted from my phone still shows up in this folder after a sync between iTunes and my phone. I would have thought it would be removed.
I know one can re-download an uninstalled app from the Apps Store but if the ipa file is backed up on your local computer, is there another procedure for reinstalling it to your phone using iTunes?
