You can get a sim at the airport from true. Calls and data. Around $20. Then 
load cash on. True has a decent website with live chat to get help now. True is 
right outside luggage/customs. I lost my SIM card last year when overseas and 
they had a replacement ready when I got to the airport. If you will be outside 
if main tourist areas then go with ais as the provider as they have better 
coverage in rural areas. About the same price. Ais is at the airport but one 
level down from luggage.
