I realize of course that everyone's experiences are different when it comes to touchscreen devices. However I can honestly say that having the 3GS and now the 4S I don't have those kinds of problems. If I do need a pair of eyes to know what is going on that is usually because of an app which is not accessible. Pairing Bluetooth devices has never been a problem and has never required sighted assistance.
