Prizmo also has translation built into it.  I don't know how accurate it is,
but it is there.

    No! For general scanning etc, I think you just need to choose a
language. However, as the app has other potential re translation and access
to different language dictionaries, i am thinking that I could avail of some
of its functions to improve my execrable Italian! Perhaps, if she has a
moment, Esther might be able to advise us? Meanwhile, it appears that I will
have to make a start on polish!
