Eric, Two things that you may want to share with Karen: 1. The settings imply that the file name will be named according to the item or list title as specified, but the file name doesn't change. That is why I didn't think this would work for the person needing the name associated with the file, but you are right about the subject, which would then allow the person to save the file with a different name. It would be really nice if the item label would be incorporated into the file name though.
2. What about setting up Dropbox integration with List Recorder Full? I make a item with a title, a recording, and text in the edit area. I email it to myself and the title becomes the subject, the text area becomes the body of the email and the recording is a attachment. This might be a nice solution because the originals could be kept organized easily in a list on List Recorder.
