Hello, I have been using the small business Exchange online plan of Office 365 very happily for a couple of years now. I have my business's domain registered and I believe the new Home Premium plan does include Exchange as well. All you have to do is to setup your email if you are using their email as an Exchange account both on your iPhone and your computer in Outlook and your email, contacts and calendars and even Notes will sync.
I don't know what other part of Office 365 Home Premium you may have a need for, but it is my understanding that the plan also allows you to install a full version of Office 2013 Professional on I think 3 or 5 computers.
