You mean Vocalizer? All Siri locale/language variants use a
Vocalizer voice tied to that language. Unless I'm mistaken, it
uses standard level voices (unless someone would say it is using
premium variant).

answer is probably no but is Siri available as a TTS voice

marketplace other than on iOS devices? I assume Apple developed
