Hi Joseph,

On your iPHone, go to Settings, open Music, and be sure Sound Check is on. 
Also, turn Sound Check on in iTunes on your computer. To do this open iTunes 
Preferences with Control-Comma or Command-Comma, depending whether you use 
Windows or a Mac, switch to the Playback tab, and check Sound Check. Then your 
music will be normalized.
