Hi Ann, You can either sync contacts via iTunes or via iCloud. To use iCloud, you need to sync contacts with iCloud on both your computer and iPHone. On the phone, go to Settings, choose iCloud, and choose to sync contacts. If you have a Mac, you set this up on your computer using the iCloud section of System Preferences. For Windows, you need to install the iCloud Control Panel and then set it up. You can learn more at www.apple.com/icloud
