I have my Gmail contacts and calendar synchrnonized with my iPhone and iPad.
Try:
http://techcrunch.com/2012/09/27/google-introduces-an-easier-way-to-sync-gma
il-contacts-to-your-iphone/
They give a quick overview on how to do it. There are also other Google
support articles on how to do this. I believe too that there was a podcast
posted on Apple Vis covering this same topic.

The only thing I wish the iPhone would do is sort by the file as option that
is offered in Gmail and Outlook, but alas... if there is in facta way to do
this, I'd sure like to know.

Subject: how to integrate gmail with phone/contacts on ios?

phHello,
I would like to use my gmail address book to keep everything central (for
example if i need to use a pc that i can see all my contacts that i have on
my idevice etc). Is it possible to set the phone/contacts/agenda ios apps in
such a way that entries you make there will immediately be put in the gmail
address book and also the other way around?
Thanks in advance for any info,
Greetings, Anouk,
