This is why I have been strongly recommending we use the term ear peace for a single ear peace and the term head set for one with 2 ear peaces. For a single ear piece, I would recommend the Blueant Q3. It is not cheap, at $99. For a stereo bluetooth headset, I would recommend the Aftershokz Bluez bone conduction headphones.
