Hi Ricardo, My point simply is that, in an environment like ours, we should assume that everyone is doing their best and, who cares if their punctuation or way of expression is correct. If that is their best, that's what we have to accept and deal with. When a person is not able to express themselves well, it is not the role of this list to make them feel bad with insensitive comments and I do feel that telling people to come up with better messages when they are doing their best is insensitive.
