Actually, The touch screen thing, it's sort'a a non issue. So is the airprint thing. You still have to be a careful consumer and make sure that the admin panel is accessible and there's a supported printing solution for your IPhone. Most wireless printers these days have such offerings.
Buy something that looks cute on your desk, matches your office space, has the printing/scanning options you want. In that order of course, laughs.
