I've looked in a few of my Kindle books, and in the go to menu, table of
contents is always preceded by not available for this title. That really cuts
down on efficiency of navigation for nonfiction titles. I wonder if I'm just
finding flukes that don't happen to have the t o c. Or is this typical? Or is
it specific to the accessibility and still something Amazon needs to fix? I
know you can go to location, but that's pretty meaningless in terms of book
content. This is the first real issue I've found with the Kindle app.
