Hello list members, 
I have downloaded a book for the Kindle app, but I can not read any content 
past the comer. When I perform a read all gesture, the page turn sound occurs, 
but no text is read. I did call amazon tech support, but I did not have a 
helpful technician. I was even transferred to a specialist who had no idea 
about voice over and tried to tell  me that I should call apple about the 
problem. He even claimed that Kindle would not work with voice over. Of course 
I informed him that it is now supported. 
Any ideas you have would be most useful. One more note about this particular 
book: there are illustrations in it. Shouldn't voice over still see the text, 
though?
