, You are correct, Jabra has to do something! I'm currently using Plantronics UC with no problem. I wrote to Apple accessibility but got no reply. The issue still persist even after the last update for iPhone 5. He has the same problem although he has a Jabra Supreme. I myself have a Jabra Extreme, but I still have an iPhone 4S and it works fine. I assume that there is some incompabibility there and most likely this is something Jabra will have to address in a firmware upgrade to the headphone.
