Hi,

Sorry that happened here is the issue

I have an Iphone 4s and latest IOS 6.1.3 a few days ago (more like
around the 1st week or so of may) I went to use SIRI to dictate a
rather long text message, usually prior to IOS 6.1.3 like ex IOS 5 she
would process the text and send it with no problem. Fast forward to
now where u ask her to send a text you can tell her who you want to
send it to and she will ask what you want to say which is normal) But
then when you dictacte the lengthy text she will answer "can you ask
that question in shorter words" or wow that's a lot of words how bout
a shorter question, or give a quote about Thomas Jefferson...

Please read article located @ this link that explains the issue:

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5015216?start=0&tstart=0

yes I have switched on/ off Siri, done a Network/ Phone reset and so
forth, and I called Apple Care they said that Siri could have been
Internally updated by Apple and something in the Servers that are used
to process requests could have gotten changed. I tried out an Iphone 5
)display model) @ the apple store the other day dictated a long text
as a test and the same issue occoured. The Apple Guy I spoke to and
demonstrated my issue to on my 4s said that if it is affecting my
phone and the display Iphone 5 then it affects all Iphones. He also
said it could be that siri could have trouble communicating with the
Servers. I think honestly its Apple's servers as sometimes ur-related
to this issue I-messages are sent as texts and Face Time does not
always work.

Hope that Explains it sorry for deleting the thread

Marissa
