If you are looking for reasons not to upgrade, then I can't give them to you and I would suggest that if you are completely happy with iTunes 10 then follow the old adage of "Don't fix it if it ain't broke". I guess iTunes was OK, but iTunes 11 is also OK, it works fine with Jaws and I personally like the new look and feel of it. What is more important in my opinion is the fact that it seems to be a lot faster and more efficient. Also keep in mind that if you ever want to upgrade to a new iOS version from iTunes that you will need the latest version so sooner or later you probably have to upgrade anyways. I still prefer to do especially major upgrades like from iOS 5 to iOS 6 via iTunes rather than via WiFi because I get a lot more feedback about what's currently happening. Anyhow, I usually connect my phone to the PC anyways before upgrading so I can do an encrypted backup so if the phone is already connected, why not do the update that way.
