I know there are some that want an all in one device, but the iPhone hasn't made my Booksense obsolete yet. Even when the NLS app for the iPhone is released, I don't envision giving up my Booksense altogether, but I'm not ruling out that possibility. I'd say obsolescence is in the eye of the beholder and whether someone prefers a Booksense or similar device to their iPhone is a personal preference, just as others on the list have said they prefer having a tablet in addition to their iPhone.

What does the stream have to do with the IPhone. All they did today
was add features that have been free with the BookSense since it's
inseption. Besides the IPhone is making these devices more and more
obsolete.

BTW
I should have mentioned that I have not tried this particular device.
I am only trying to point out that there are options you may want to
investigate.

There are adaptors available that will allow you to use Blue Tooth devices
with any audio device with a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Here is a link to one I found on Amazon.

I'm still hoping that at some point they will produce a stream with
bluetooth support. I own two of the original streams and would have
bought the new one if it had bluetooth. Ah well.
