Sorry about that last post, it got away from me. A tip. When I have a phrase I use a lot, I make a two letter shortcut with the first letter an upper case and the second letter the same letter in lower case. Usually when I an inserting a shortcut it is on a new line, so the shift key is automatically selected, so, for example to insert a smiley face I only have to hit the letter S twice and then the space bar.
