This is def a 5 issue. Has anyone heard anything? They released an update
last week and am going to try it today on my way to work.

double tap the Menu button, then slide your finger (slowly at first) and
find the following buttons as you work down the left-hand side: They are
Cancel, Today, Bible, Plans, Videos, Bookmarks and finally Notes. Double

the button then start flicking right for other options, such as Create
new,
Refresh, Notes, All, Public, Private.

BTW: Parts of the Bible programme don't work quite so well for me using
theIPad Mini and I certainly can't use the Plans on there.

It seems that the iPhone 4S and maybe the 4 read that Menu area
perfectly. But you can access your bookmarks whenever you get to
the Bible area. I am still looking for a way to access my notes as

To clear it from the app switcher, you press home twice quickly
but not to quickly. Now double tap and hold until it says editing
apps. Now double tap on the apps to delete them from the app
switcher. It won't delete them from your phone.
