Thanks for giving me the location to look for all of this. This happened to me about a week ago and I just updated it. I will poke around and see what I want to have turned off.

The phone carriers are putting in options for emergency notifications. Amber alerts, government alerts, etc. After installing the update you can go to settings and then notifications and at the bottom you can see them and turn them off if you wish.
